I was reminded again never to judge a book by its cover and to approach life with an open mind. My son needed emergency tooth repair after a minor accident, and this dental office was my only available option. Even though the initial phone interaction was brief, it was professional, and I trusted them enough to make the appointment. When we arrived, I quickly understood why the first call was short. The front desk team was actively helping patients with care and professionalism. One team member was on the phone assisting someone for quite a while, and the other was checking on a prescription for a patient who had just left. That showed me this office truly cares about patient service. My son and I then met Sara, who was a breath of fresh air, and Dr. Valmé, DDS, who was knowledgeable, compassionate, and made both of us feel comfortable right away. As a parent, that meant a lot, especially during a stressful dental visit. Overall, this was a great experience. Days later, the impression of excellent service is still with me. I’ve always had a fear of the dentist, but Dr. Valme and her team completely changed that for me. She is calm, compassionate, and truly dedicated to her patients’ comfort. Throughout my procedure, she consistently checked in on me and was unbelievably gentle every step of the way. The entire office staff was just as incredible—so kind and welcoming, especially to my son. They even went out of their way to buy him an action figure, remembering his favorite characters. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare. If I could give more stars, I absolutely would!

I really couldn't have asked for a better experience. Let's start with the front door... The office is clean and welcoming albeit a little hard to find for the first time. The office staff for the two doctors I saw were absolutely amazing. I would certainly hire them myself given the opportunity. Loved them! The doctors and their assistants were incredible. Professional, curtious, and took the time to ensure I had a complete understanding of the procedures being done. Did I mention them saving my life? Yeah, I had a blood sugar issue in the middle of a procedure. Turns out, I was in great hands... I love this place and the people in it and I'm a little sad that I can't see them more often.
